This rare citrus fruit comes from Italy and is used whole for the syrup. It gives the drink a sour and slightly bitter taste. An appetizer that is very refreshing, especially in summer. The tart acidity goes well with gin – an aperitif classic.
All syrups are produced and bottled in the syrup factory in Bern.
