The taste of this syrup is as intense as it’s deep red colour. It is fruity-sweet and full-bodied as well as slightly sour. This tingling feeling on the tongue puts you in a good mood. In addition, the black currant is said to have a calming effect on the respiratory tract. Filled with Prosecco, it becomes a classic aperitif – better known as “Kir Royal”.
All syrups are produced and bottled in the syrup factory in Bern.
