Green tea is the product of an alternative way of making tea. In contrast to black tea, the leaves are not fermented. The leaves of Camellia sinensis are preferred for green tea, as this small-leafed, more delicate variety is better suited to the different processing method. Green tea also differs from black tea in terms of preparation, flavor, ingredients and the effects of the infusion.
Unlike producers in Japan, the Chinese tend to inhibit the fermentation process for green teas, usually by “roasting” the pre-dried tea briefly over a heat source.
For our Yellow Wish, we have blended first-class Chinese green tea with the fruity aroma of sun-ripened, organically grown mangoes. This fabulous tea is perfect for drinking in the late morning as an accompaniment to a sweet snack.

White teas should be brewed with water at a temperature of 80–85°C (leave the water in the kettle for about one minute after it has stopped boiling).
